REGISTRATION

Registration is required for all conference participants. It is recommended to make the registration on-line or by using the Application Form. Early registration will be closed on 16 May, 2010. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as late registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Conference Organizers upon receipt of the Application Form and payment.

Prices include 25% VAT. Modifications in VAT laws might cause changes in prices.
*Please observe that your membership must be current and processed to receive the LES Member Fee.

LES Member and Non-member participants’ registration fee include

• Attendance at the sessions
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Concert
• Attendance at the Gala Dinner
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception and Concert and at the Gala Dinner for one Accompanying Person

Daily fee
In exceptional cases the attendance for a single day is possible against the payment of 430 EURO. The daily fee includes:

• Attendance at the sessions
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks and lunch

Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants in writing on receipt of payment. Registrations and payments sent after 24 May, 2010 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Tax refund
From January 2010 the tax refund claiming law has been changed. All Company who would like to ask for VAT refund of the registration fee has to contact his own TAX Authority in his own country.

VISA, EC/MC and American Express are accepted.
Please note that Blaguss Congress Bureau will debit your credit card in EURO.

Cancellation policy of registration
All the cancellations and changes of registration must be sent to the Conference Organizer in written form.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows

• 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) - in case of cancellation received before 12 April, 2010
• No refund - in case of cancellation received after 12 April, 2010

All refunds will be processed after the LES PAN-EUROPEAN CONFERENCE 2010. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
