ACCOMMODATION

Reservations are made on a first come first served basis. Hotel reservation will only be made on receipt of a one-night hotel deposit and should be sent on-line or in a written form by using the Application Form.

Upon receipt of the reservation request and the one-night deposit each participant will receive a confirmation in writing. Please note that any reservation, payment or change of reservation should be sent directly to the Conference Organizer (Blaguss Congress Bureau).

The difference between the one-night deposit and the actual final cost of the stay together with any extras should be paid at the hotel upon departure.

Check-in cannot be guaranteed before 2 p.m. while the check-out time is 10 a.m. except the Budapest Marriott Hotel where the check-out time is 11 a.m.

Hotel booking deadline: 12 April, 2010 - after this deadline accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

Modifications in VAT laws might cause changes in prices.

Cancellation policy of hotel accommodation
All the cancellations and changes of hotel bookings must be sent to the Conference Organizer in written form.

Refund of the hotel booking fee will be made as follows

• 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 25 EURO) - in case of cancellation received before 12 April, 2010
• No refund (one-night hotel deposit) - in case of cancellation received after 12 April, 2010

All refunds will be processed after the LES PAN-EUROPEAN CONFERENCE 2010. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
